We have been making biltong together for years now, initially as a hobby and now as a supplementary product in Gary`s butchers shop in South Anston.
We use the best ingredients we can find and put care into each batch to make sure it`s texture and flavour is as perfect as we can make it.
Our premises are 5* certified by the Food Safety Standards Committee and all our meat is certified Red Tractor, from the UK.
We are planning to use this section to let you know about upcoming flavours, offers/promo`s and hopefully nearer the summertime, events we will be attending.
